🛒 Orders & Payment
Q: What currency do you use? A: All our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? A: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at stepecolodesign@gmail.com. After that window, your order may already be in processing and we can no longer guarantee changes.
Q: Is my payment secure? A: Absolutely. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and is fully PCI DSS compliant.
Q: Why are your prices lower than local motorcycle shops? A: We operate online with no retail overhead, no showroom, no sales staff, no parking lot. That difference goes directly into your pocket. A tail bag that retails at $300 at a dealership costs us a fraction of that to source and ship, and we pass most of that savings on. You're paying for the product, not the storefront.

Q: Do you ship across Canada? A: Yes, we ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.
Q: How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days across most Canadian provinces. Quebec, Ontario, and BC generally receive orders toward the shorter end of that window. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number? A: Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Q: Are there customs fees? A: Since our products ship from China, they may be subject to import duties or customs fees upon arrival in Canada. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the buyer's responsibility. Most small orders fall below the duty-free threshold, but we recommend checking with CBSA if you have concerns.

The GPS tracker connects to your bike's 12V power supply. Bags and the navigation display require no tools at all. If you hit a wall, email us and we'll walk you through it.
